Cancellation Policy

At FIJI Detailing, we understand that plans change. To ensure a fair process for both our customers and our team, please note our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new appointment time.
Emergencies & Weather:
In cases of severe weather or emergencies, please reach out to discuss rescheduling options without penalty.
